I guess I better read thru this agian and rethink which way too vote on this I thought it was about keeping simple pot possesions out of jail, not keeping meth head tweakers out of jail they need to be locked up period! I just stumbled on that and have'nt read thru it I was a bit concerned as it was very large and it would be easy too hide some fucked up shit in there and as it hasn't been on the media&tv you might be on too something here IR, tho I have seen some stats on marijuana arrests this year and its over 800,000 !!
