as I know of the local data and prop 36 (I think...) and it showed that about 35% of the people do not return to jail and are deamed a "sucess", but the data shows that the other 65% will be again arrested within 2 years for the same crime.

It's gotta be a tough field to try to run this type of program with the sucess rate being so low, but I think that even if we have a low sucess rate, it's still a sucess.....

I wouldn't want to be the one who determines the sucess rate for these programs, as that would be a tough, if not impossible job!
