Mixing MJ with Alcohol...

I was wondering if it was OK to mix marijuana with alcohol. I'm not talking about hardcore liquor maybe a beer or two after smoking marijuana. Just curious. :jointsmile:

Yes it is chill as far as I'm concerned.. Sometimes when I use to get pretty drunk I'd get the spins and throw up but that's all you have to worry about. A beer or two and you shouldn't get the spins.

Well, it won't kill you. I personally hate it, infact, I hate alcohol period. I seem rather numb to it, so I drink to excess, and around the time I START feeling drunk, I start feeling sick. Then when that happens, I get extremely cold and start shaking uncontrollably, because I drank too much. I end up puking everything out, and ease the discomfort and nausea with a couple bowls of medicine.


(BTW: What I mean by excess, I mean, I can take seven shots, not really notice a difference, so continue to drink a few beers or mixed drinks. Within a three hour period. Seems like the only thing that gets impaired in me when drinking is my judgement. Soo... I don't.)

Alcohol is a poison! The "drunk" feeling is the beggining of a poisoning, and thats why drunk people feels that (nasty) way... even small amounts are harmful in long term, so i would say to dont drink.
If you can smoke, what else do you need? :jointsmile:

It might ruin your high im not sure....maybe like when you eat or drink soda or sumthin it kills your high maybe alcohol does the same?.........who cares drink up!

I drink beer with my smoke 99% of the time.I suppose it takes a little away from the High, but it may lessen the anxiety side effect that some MJ may cause.:stoned:

i dont know, a few shots or beers with a good high is always a nice feeling. A light buzz, and a good high. Though i will say this, drinking is less fun than smoking, though cheaper, and more addicting, and worse for your liver. Though some studies say that a glass of wine, yes wine has alcohol too, a day is actually good for you.

This is only staying up because of the health related posts but it is CLOSED because we do not discuss other drugs. Ethanol is a dangerous poison and should not be mixed with MMJ- chances are if you've got a condition that requires MMJ to treat, alcohol is going to exacerbate it, or at the very least, stress your body even more.

You can mix alcohol and marijuana effectively, just know your limits and don't drink or smoke too much. I don't know why everyone here seems to be so against alcohol, if you use it responsibly its not a bad thing.

my mj goes solo, only with some munchies afterwards
