good or bad idea?
I know there is lots of info out on the boards but it seemed like huge amounts of reading to be done and I've read mixed results

I know very little of these systems, but if theres pumps and emitters involved,I'd say mechanically it's not a great idea to use molasses which are very thick...Why not use an organic carbohydrate synthesizer such as Botanicare Sweet which is much thinner...

I use grandmas.... I would say in a heavy dose. I put it into damn near boiling water and it dissolves fine. I water using a sump pump and a wand....never had to replace my pump. Its a one-two years old.
My girls love it! I say go for it and try for yourself!

I have read plenty posts on here where people use molasses and it seems to work fine, so why pay silly money for additives form a store.DTRave420 I'd say mechanically it's not a great idea to use molasses which are very thick

be careful start small I read a thread awhile back on a hydro setup and he put too much molasses and it was a bitch cleaning everything in middle of flower time. I think we need a molasses caution&problems, how too fix thread,as one guy in the molasses thread said it fucked up his grow and causes the roots too rot,and why aren't the pro's like stinky using molasses.
