i have a question about the water loading thread concerning the vitamin b complex.... exactly how many doses/pills do i have to take 1-2 hrs before the test ??? thanks

My BComplex has 20mg Riboflavin (B2) which is 1176% the %daily value. I took 2 and my urine was a nice vitamin yellow in about an hour.

My B-Complex has 10 mg of B-2 and I took 10 pills thinking 10 times daily value:wtf:.....my piss was neon green but I still passed the test:thumbsup:........got the good news yesterday.........I think as long as Creatinine levels and Spec. Gravity are good it doesn't matter what color your piss is.........as long as it's not Black, Red, or Purple:rasta:

Correct. Even urine samples with the right color can still fall below the acceptable limits for creatinine and specific gravity.
