Facing jail for 9 months bummer

I just got released from jail today, and my ruling was that i cant fail another test
or i get locked up again. Ive been clean for 40 days and still testing positive. If the thc levels were very low i can prove i didn't smoke after release. I have a UA tomorrow and i was wondering hypothetically if i did smoke today would the thc levels be very high. Im trying to prove that if my thc levels were so low i didnt use after being released, but if i did use HOW HIGH WOULD MY LEVEL BE IF I USED 24HRS BEFORE MY TEST. my attorney said i should be fine, but i wanted to come here cause theres some pretty smart people on this board. The jail doesnt give me the proper medication and it really bums me out. So if anyone could tell me about how high my level would be smoking 24 hours before a test. I believe they measure it milligrams. Thanks and god bless.:wtf:

If 9 month in jail isn't enough incentive to keep from smoking until your off probation, then we'll see you when you get out.

Theres no accurate way to tell without going to a clinic and paying to have a GC/MS test done to provide you a quantitative number. Each person is different.

This is a ridiculous question. Do whatever you want to. You already know the answer.
I had to remove a post that I agree 100% with because of name calling, but the edited content was as follows:

"Is this even a question? What the hell? You haven't smoked for 40 days and the test is tomorrow - but you're asking people on the internet whether you should smoke the day before a test. A test, mind you, that would land you in jail for 9 months.

[paraphrased, 'if you can't figure this out on your own.....']

Yes. Smoke Up Buddy. Smoke All You Want. You'll be fine. In fact, make sure you keep smoking right up until the test."

    I had the same choice.

And guess what, i didnt smoke pot for 6 months.

Rather not smoke for 6 months and be able to do what i want,
Then not smoke for 9 months and get butt rapped in jail. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm seems like a easy answer to me.

I don't think the question is whether to smoke or not, but rather I seem to remember a myth(?) that THC does not actually reach the pee detector until a few days and that a day before would actually not show up on a test.

However, again, the incentives of 9 months of jail would stop me from attempting to test such a thing on myself if it were me.

Im sure you going to do what you want, i think it would be foolish to smoke but hey what do i know im not in trouble with the law! Is one day of smoking worth the risk of nine months?
