How is it does it have to be seed. Or does it have to be in water...
Also I have a light, each they 250 watts.
I don't know exactly how much I am suposed to use...

When the roots are sticking out of my rapid rooter plugs and fuzzy, is it ok to move them to my 3 gallon bucket ebb and flow system, or do I have to put them in 3" net pots first and then transfer them?
