Cannabis staying illegal as an agenda is way bigger than political parties. Both sides have plenty vested in keeping the status quo. And that will not change, no matter how much you believe in the "Change". lOL
Yeah, ok, so what? Niether has Obama. I don't think it is a relevant issue in a presidential campaign. Why would she? For that matter, I have not seen Obama "come out and say he would stop the raids". In fact I have only seen him contradict himself on the issue.
