My first grow. Real McCoy and Jack Herer
Alright guys i'm new to indoor growing, i've always done outdoor until now. My plants got taken this year and i'm fed up so i'm going indoor!
I am growing Jack Herer and Real McCoy. I have 1 Jack plant and 2 Real McCoy.
The light I am currently using makes me nervous. I'm not even a 100% sure what it is at this point ( I know it sounds bad but I got it from a friend and its working for now.) I will be ordering a 250 HPS and putting a Metal Halide conversion bulb in it for veg. Should have the new light in a week in a half or so.
I am using a pro mix of soil that contains peat moss, periite, and vermiculite. I am using a fertilizer called Ionic, the guy at the hydro store recommended it to me for growing in soil.
I'll post a picture of the plants so far and the light i'm using right now. Any input would be great and i would appreciate it very much.
I couldn't get a full picture of the light because its to big of a file. Its about 10 inches long or so total.trickdaddy450 Reviewed by trickdaddy450 on . My first grow. NPK is 2-1-2. I ordered my new light and it should be here sometime early next week. Plants are finally starting to take off nicely. I think the light I have right now is just not very powerful so it took a bit longer to get going.
Ionic for Soil and Coco - Growth Technology
That seems to be the same stuff except mine says for soil/coco

One plant per pot. The roots will get tangled up...then you can't transplant...
