Another College Shooting

(CNN) -- Two people were killed and one wounded in a shooting at the University of Central Arkansas on Sunday, according to a hospital spokesman.

The shooting prompted a campus lockdown.

One suspect was in custody and three others were being sought, police said in a recorded message.

One person died on the scene and the second died at Conway Regional Medical Center, a hospital spokesman said.

The hospital spokesman said the person who died there was an 18-year-old male, but he did not have any additional information.

The third person, a 19-year-old male, was released from the hospital after being treated for a gunshot wound to his leg, the spokesman said.

The university serves 10,000 full-time students in Conway, Arkansas.

It's amazing that the first place I hear about this is on Cannabis.com..
Its horrible that things like this are still happening, but I dont think armed security guards on campus are the answer. There's too many fucked up people running around with guns these days.

true. we already have armed police in almost every single campus, im pretty sure 90+% of campuses do have at least 1 armed police, but wtf is he or she gonna do, when a shooting is taking place, 1 shot, 1 bullet, takes at most seconds to hit a target and once it hits it can be too late for anything.

plus this is kind of old news lol, a 4th suspect has turned himself in so far, i dont understand why someone does something like this then ruins his life by turning himself in too, speaks to their mind and judgment! crazy eh?
