help?
i tried answering the troubleshooting questions but im a first time growing and no nothing about any of that ha. but ill tell you everything im using and everything i do. im using normal no name soil bought at the garden store, 20-20-20plant prod all purpose fertilizer 1/4 of the recomended dose. 4 100 watt fluorescent light bulbs. its in a clear plastic bag but the roots are covered from the light, (because to large to transplant) im using brita filtered tap water but then switched to normal tap water 2 days ago, i give it approximitely 250 ml a day. there is a fan in the grow room to help with air circulation and the grow room is my room in a basement with a air exchanger but not always on and far away. it get 18 hours of light a day 6 hours dark. thats about everything and theres plenty of pics posted if you need more ill be glad to post them. and also should i remove the leaves now? oh and its only two of the eldest leaves.

help?
What is your %RH and temperature hi/lo, both day and night?
You must have an exhaust. That could very well be PM and the damage from it. It is a fungus that grows in high humidity and likes cool temperatures with a swing down at night that is drastic enough to cause condensation on the leaves (dewfall). Even if it is not PM, it could very well be another type of fungus.
Go to wlamart and get a bottle of Serenade. Use as directed. It's safe and organic.

help?
On my second grow ( a closet grow ) I had air bieng vented in and out of the closet. The closet however was in a room that was not vented. So fundamentally I was circulating the same air round and round. I had a problem that looks a lot like yours and it turned out to be leaf spot fungus. I tried various things to tackle it but nothing killed it... only slowed it down. I posted pics on here so Im gonna try and find them so you can see. I also had fans blowing onto the plants.
What Im trying to say is that fans blowing on your plants will not ensure they dont get attacked by fungus. A constant flow of FRESH air bieng brought in from another room or even better, from outside AND air bieng vented out of your grow area is a much better way of keeping it at bay. It's also much better for your plants development.
