25C is pretty warm. maybe that's the problem? 20C would be better.

25C (~77F) is perfectly fine. That said, however, I was going to suggest you double check your temps. Make sure you take your reading at the level of the canopy. Because those leaves *do* look like they're showing a touch of heat stress.

How far away is your light?

If they are canoeing they might be trying to dissipate water through their leaves

    stinky please help

I had the same problem a couple of years back and it was a ph issue. As icbh707 says... re-callibrate your meter and see if the results are the same.

Check your pH on a regular basis, as well as meter calibration, but your plants look healthy. I don't see a problem at all.

thanks everyone for the quick replies

i check my ph at least once a day with a new meter bought and calibrated last week.raises from 5.5 to 6.1 each day and is corrected back to 5.5
light is about 2ft above plant
i have two thermometers one high up and one at light hight both are reading(+/-1) the same 23-25c
sorry i forgot to mention ther is a 12" desk fan blowing between lamp and plants and with exhaust at top and inlet at bottom air should be well mixed up

one of my plants has now got some speckles on some leaves rusty coloured
somebody told me it was because i am in a hard water area (250ppm)is this poss?

i think i need to take some better pics but my cam IS a bit crap
    thanks again and in advance.....

Rusty speckles could be a potassium lockout. Hard water can cause that. There are nutrient solutions that are labelled 'hard water formula' containing slightly lower mineral levels. You may be a candidate for those.
