ok so i got a 400 watt hps lamp with built in ballast and today i just relized that it cuts out and i dont know if its the ballast or the bulb so when it cuts out i looked at the bulb and the bar inside the light is still red and flickering then it turns back on bright white and reheats its done it twice so far oh yeah its a magnetic ballast please any info is greatly needed im 30 days in flower
