Hehe, yeah that pic needs some rezising.

Easiest way to do that is normally just to open it in Paint and use the rezise function there. Just Take it to 50% in both x and y and save as jpeg and voila.

For the rest I am glad to see you here m8. It sucks to be broke that's for damn sure.
Especially when being broke like in your case cost you even more money in wasted electricity.
If there is no way you can get better lights until in a few weeks then can't you use natrual light for at least some hours a day?
I don't know how you live etc ofc but if you could use daylight some hours now and then it would help out a lot.
Then when you get better lights it will be ok again.

I just love that you are going for it though. This is not rocket science as long as you are not out to absolute maximize yeilds etc. One way or another you will succeeed on whatever budget and being on this forum will help you out a lot.
We've had a lot of people growing without budget and normally they come out ok, just have patience and keep an open eye around your house (and elsewhere ) and you will find things now and then that will come in handy.
