Seriuosly, it's not good.
It'll be a bear to water right, or flush.

Wanna fix it redneckstyle, (fast, cheap and easy)?
Just drop it into a plastic "bread-bag" and add some dirt until the roots are covered.
Now ya got a "bubba-pot."
Easy to upgrade as well.
Getta-bigga-bag, slit the old bag down one side and across the bottom, pop it in the bigga bag w/soil, then slide the old bag out.
No forget the drainage holes.
