Marijuana is legal on federal grounds
Well, the original post said "In 1993 the U.S. Congress passed the (42 U.S.C. § 2000bb(a)) Religious Freedom and Restoration Act which allows for the religious use of marijuana on federal grounds; during the course of a religious ceremony." This means that whatever legal form of smoking pot this guy is advocating is based on religion somehow, but I'm not sure how we're supposed to claim our use is protected on these religious/federal grounds. It doesn't sound like it would hold up in any court.
