Marijuana is legal on federal grounds

Marijuana use at the Liberty Bell is legal!

In 1993 the U.S. Congress passed the (42 U.S.C. § 2000bb(a)) Religious Freedom and Restoration Act which allows for the religious use of marijuana on federal grounds; during the course of a religious ceremony.

On Dec. 20th, 2003 local provocateurs, Pat Duff and NJWEEDMAN, demonstrated this fact by smoking at the LIBERTY BELL. Although at the time they were issued summons no court date was ever set. Since then the Federal Prosecutors have declined to prosecute these two ??FREEDOM FIGHTERS?. Thus they??ve proven that the use of marijuana at the LIBERTY BELL IS LEGAL!

They have now decided to turn Independence Park into Philly Peace Park. Come join these two FREEDOM FIGHTERS in a ??joint? demonstration and act of civil dis-obedience. Make a statement to end the ??WAR on DRUGS?. Every 3rd Saturday of each month, the next demonstration is set for MARCH 20th, 2004.

I just became a member and found this. I sat here and started to think, "No way, ever since I graduated from High School this has been in place. Why have I not know this?" Is this still law still viable? I went into a coma in 1994 and am kind of lost. Could I personally arrange a ceremony for The House of God according to the word of Chris, and smoke weed at the courthouse?

It is not legal to smoke pot on religious grounds. I think we would know if all the Rastas suddenly stopped getting busted.
