Are they clones that you have aquired from somebody that have a root system, or are they fresh clones you have made without roots?
If they are fresh clones, leave any ferts out.. pics needed tho.

Way too much light for rooting clones, and likely too early for nutes.
Are you using a humidity dome? If so...what's the temperature inside of it with the lights on?
Are you using a rooting hormone?

Maybe they just a bit of time to used to their new home and HPS light.
Dont over do it with the nutes they are still young plants.

Mind you, this is my last guess. If you want a better guess, wait for others to respond, or fill out the troubleshooting form. (top of the Plant Problems section) It's there so those of us that want to help, don't have to play guessing games with your meds.

TR-Did you pre-soak your media in pH corrected solution? no
i was thinking it might be an over lighting thing. yes they looked ok when i got them (well rooted) then i put them in coco blend and watered with 800ppm GH (recomended for veg by GH chart) and under a 600hps on a mover, then they got that pale, ribbed, curled overwatered look for about 5/6 days then they took off.
i guess i should go get a 250 or 400 just to use for the first few days then move to the 600. they are coming from cfl's under domes and i think just clonex. i normally loose a few right off the bat on the drive home, i think because of the shock of humidity drop but i dont think that has anything to do with whats going on after i transplant though.

When you get your clones from the clone guy, have they been hardened off atall or do they come straight out of the humidity dome?
If they do, you will be subjecting them to major shock which will either kill them or stunt them massivley. Builld or buy yourself a Humidity dome. Then, ease them into their new environment over the course of a week. Up until they come out of the dome, they are taking a lot of water in through their leaves and the roots are growing under the soil. You are asking your plant to switch the way it takes water up in an instant and the plant can't do that.
Even better for you would be to insist that the clones are hardened off before you purchase them.. 1 less worry for you

Likely it's just the light shock, transplant shock, and the change of medium and nutrients.
I would:
Raise the lights to about 2 feet from tops, till they are acclimated. A week or so should do, then start incrementally lowering the lights to a 'normal' height.
Avoid foliar feeding/spraying with the lights on. Each droplet of water acts like a magnifying glass. (raise lights till droplets dry, if need be)
Avoid full-on fan blast. This will dry 'em out quickly, too. A gentle breeze to start, increasing as they progress.
I wouldn't give 'em additional nutes till they are acclimated, or showing signs of defeciency. (half strength for first week or two)
At least, this is what I'd do for a soil grow. Not sure about the nutes issue with coco. Shouldn't be much difference, but hopefully someone with more coco experience will be able to correct me if I'm wrong.
