How come c.p doesn't answer emails?

I ordered from them but haven't got my order.After 3 weeks i started emailing to find out about my order Well it's been over 4 weeks.And no emails.Is this how to treat a customer.I'm not trying to diss any one .would just like to know whats up.I know other people have to wait to get there order from other seed banks.But was told 1 to 2 weeks and to email if i hadn't got in 3 weeks so i did what i was told and they never answered back.Has anyone else had dealings with them?.If so let me know good or bad thanks
