THATs the problem......who knows what will hold up in court?

And am I to assume that everyone on an interet forum tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? Enough to base my freedom on? I personally wait for at LEAST three or four of the same opinion on the internet before I start to even THINK it MAY be true but that's just me.

From what I've learned on marijuana.com forums, apparently any rec (as long as it is a legitimate rec from a legitimate CA physician) will hold up in court... Hrm. Combined with the state issued card, I suppose I would have nothing to really worry about. Assuming everything went well :wtf:

Cal who will write you a rec with little to no proof/documentation of your existing health condition, which many people get excited about, not realizing that if they're ever in serious trouble with the law they could be left holding a worthless piece of paper with no physician back-up.
