At the time the hubby and I went to see her ALL this information was given to both of us before we saw the doctor......the fact that they had been found guilty of several things. One charge was listed that they had over 100 plants growing. The trick of this is that it only added up to 100 plants over a period of about 3 busts.....approx 30 plants each time. The prosecution was allowed to go ahead and charge with the 100 plant charge and that is what made things a felony with mandatory jail time.

she was sentenced to 5 years in prison early march 2008, by end of march she was released on bail pending appeals
