SunnyD Reviewed by SunnyD on . Busted in the dorms. I have a quick question for anyone who knows about the laws of marijuana here in Minnesota (usa). My friend was just busted with a pipe and a small bag (1/8th) in our dorm, and the cop told him it was a misdemenior, arrested him, and now he is apparently in holding until further notice.. I would've thought that they would just give him a paraphernalia ticket as well as a small amount ticket.. does the combination of both make a misdemenior? Thank you all for your time! -Z Rating: 5
