OH NO!
Add a safety chain to your system so even if the main hangers fail you will still not have that fire hazard. Had you not been home, that could have been disastrous. That's how grows get busted! Imagine the neighbors calling teh fire department because they smell burning plastic coming from your place.... yikes.

Just another- nice setup, id like to have a biger space tho
Stink- The thing with the chain is i have nothing to hook it to,
My entire shower is lined with tile and im hesitant to start drilling, thats the only reason im holding up my hps with a shower curtain pole, or w.e there called

Then go buy TWO OR MORE of those poles that you twist to jam into a space by pressure, and hang your lights by heavy duty bungee cords to distribute the weight evenly so that the light is attached at 2 points to each of the 2 poles. This way, if one slips, the other holds, at least long enough for you to notice.

Well going off what happend to you it proves that your shower rail is not safe, I would rather have another hole drilled than have the house burn down like Stinky has already said.

Good idea stinky i might do that
I am growing at my house(aka my parents house)
And there ok with me doing it, i have a feeling when i tell them about the light falling
That they might let me drill a couple holes instead of burning down there house.
Thanks alot guys for all your information, i really appreciate it
Ill take a trip up to wallyworld and see what i can do
