It seems like smokin a dollar bill would be harsh... I use a dollar bill to roll perfect joints, its like a rolling machine that fits in your wallet.

You could use the little piece of tissue paper that comes in an altoid can, if you're still stuck.

You're right, the ink is bad but I'd say its safer than a torn piece of phone book paper.

Even those flavored rolling papers (called Juicy Jays I think) are bad for you cause of the little pictures of fruits on them.

How about those chocolate blunt papers that have no flavor, but they're brown and they taste like, well, chocolate?

If you're talking about the Royal blunt wraps or True blunt wraps or something like that, I stay away from those. I heard that they are bad for you, and they make me cough like hell.

But if it's a chocolate philly or something those are cool.

My favorite blunts are Dutch Master Palmas - they taste and smell like vanilla. Fantastic.
