The papers at the end of a bible will work, if you're not too offended by that sort of thing. Or phone book papers.

yeah use some bible pages, bible paper seems different from reg paper i dont know why, try not and use regular book pages they burn to fast. a friend of mine once rolled using lined note book paper, it was harsh but it worked.

yeah if you wanna cough up black peices of paper and get a fucking head ache...just make a bowl out of a can...or a water bong out of a gatoraid bottle...

Most Bibles are printed on rice paper, which can be smoked...there are usually some blank pages in the front or back.
Tissue paper in shoeboxes could work.
The wrapper on individually wrapped rolls of toilet paper.

I advise against using notebook paper, it is likely treated with chemicals and catches fire quickly.
If you're out of options make an apple-pipe.

get gum wrappers, like the ones from wrigleys gum you know the ones with aluminum foil. scratkh off the aluminum foil and bam, you got papers
