Recently moved indoor - CFL bulbs?

It is getting cold + frosty where I live, so, I had to move my plant inside. I bought a 4' basic work light & 2 Cool White 'Deluxe' (lumens = 4100). I rigged this to hang over the plant. She is about 7 weeks in to flowering. Ideally, I know, I would keep it outside but it's too dang cold now.

This is a short term solution. The trich's are mainly clear but getting a bit milky the past week so I think harvest is coming soon enough... Is this the proper bulb to be using? Pix below...

You would do better with "warm" white.
The extra red promotes flowering.
