Guess since the AC didnt turn on in the veg room, ALL the fucking SNLxNH seedlings died...It was up to 93* and the lil stems with cotyldons are all shriveled and dry.....FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK !!!!!!!!!

glad I got about 10 of em left...try again I shall

Any ideas? Can I put seedlings on a windowsill or something til the get true leaves?

get a 4 pack of CFL's.... get a 2'x2'x2' cardboard box... mount CFL's to a power strip and suspend from the top of the box. Water as needed and let sit in there for 1-2 weeks.

You'll get true leaves without having to worry about heat. Oh yeah.. add a small exhaust of some sort in there.

Oh they where TOAST! got to like 93 that night, and all the rockwool was crispy dry. I usually stick a germed seed in a styro cup. Anyone think RRs are better than Rockwool? Shit has made me lose 12 seedlings (4 Bubblegums....ARRRGH) and about 6 of the :jawdropper: clones. I am so FUCKING over rockwool. And even the rooted seedlings AND cones are all wobbly and not firm in their pots.
Sorry for the ranting...Shit was a bad fucking week. SO what do youguys think? FUCK rockwool?

Yeah bro I say FUCK RW too, I used it in my previous grows and have seen the light as you have...I've used Oasis cubes for clones and love em' haven't used them in the past for beans though but, I just dropped some more SNLxNH into the Oasis cubes yesterday to germ. so I'll let ya know how that goes...I haven't tried the RR's I opted for the Oasis instead...Hope this helps any, it's all experimental IMHO....

If you don't feel comfortable ordering them onliine then yeah......but they are worth every ounce of gas and penny they cost imo. I use them for EVERYTHING. seeds, clones etc and love them to death. Rapid rooters get a double thumbs up from me.

WT...I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.....that's a lot of good stuff to lose. What exactly happened? How did your room get so hot?

AC turned off cause it got down to 63 at night. So when I got up, the veg room with the ladies was 96deg!!!! ICK....oh well....Got me last 10 germing now.
Im fine ordering online...ALL those goodies in Area 51 where ordered online. But I needed them NOW...gotta transplant, cut, and plant germed seeds today.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOo....ended up getting jiffy pellets. The ones that are flat, wet em and they swell. I WILL be ordering some RR soon. But I think these jiffy pellets will do this time. Any thoughts or experiences?

have any of you had problems with your plants being all wobbly and falling over when started in RW? even the Church, with a stalk bigger than my thumb can wiggle....not real strong, ya know? Am I explaining this right?
