I think you have a strain called Cheese. You said it smells like a cheese factory and the look of the buds after the hairs turned looks just like a Cheese strain. I grew a Cheese strain and the leaves even look the same. If it is Cheese you got some righteous bud, if not it looks like it is going to be righteous anyway. Good job and enjoy.
