What are these morons going to say when Obama gets elected and it turns out he doesn't have "the blacks take over," doesn't do anything to favor Islam or harm Christianity, doesn't sponsor terrorism, doesn't work agiant the US, doesn't impose socialism?

What are they going to do when it turns out he is an inspiring president with a good set of priorities, good plans, good people, and it ends up that he achieves a lot of great things for this country?

I agree that he is as much white as he is black --- born to a white mother and black man, rasied by white parents and grandparents, and spent most of his growing up life off the mainland US, away from the main US black culture. He is mixed race, and I think that is why he is even better for our country from a racial point of view than a unambiguously white or unambiguously black person. He bridges the gap. We can all claim a connection. Mixed race people are a growing part of the US, and that is why Obama sort of emobodies the future of this country.

I'm not sure I agree with what you said about his white mother meaning he is white, though. I think in the US, no matter what your parentage is, if you look at all black, people see you as black. I don't know of anyone who would look at Obama and say, oh there is a white guy.
