    Is super cropping beneficial?

I don't know much about super cropping but I'm thinking about trying it out on a plant...

Does anyone recommend super cropping for small area grows? If so why or why not?

    Thanks all!

Try the FIM technique if you're looking for bushy plants if you're vertically challenged like me.

I have two plants with 4 colas each about 18 inches tall. Just make sure you prune lower branches to encourage the 3-4 primary colas to be the focus of the plants energy and do so after the 4th set of true leaves have established.

Jorge Cervantes has some decent info on the FIM technique if you want to learn more.

Supercropping is the shits n kaboodle man. Read stinkys stick on the efficient canopy. I swear by it as well. You can control the plant WAY more than you can control a FIM. Not all strains like to be topped. Its kind of a cut n hope type o thing. Thicker stems=more food to buds. Thicker stems=hold more weight. And supercropping allows side shoots to grow up more and "compete" for the "Top Cola."

ahh good news to hear! I'm going to try it on my mids plant first to get the right amount of folding, then do it on my SD/CDxSSH plant.

Super cropping..thats when you pinch the stalks and fold them over to give light to the lower bud sites...am I right or wrong about this...I've wanted to try this in the past but I ended up doing some LST instead...

    In soil w/ 1 topping / pinching I can X my yield by 4 .
    In hydro w/ 1 topping / pinching I can X my yield by 8-10 .
