Need help w/ building new grow room

So I'm currently using 2 grow tents inside my garage. However, the issue is controlling the temps and securing the grow area. I have a 3 car garage and want to convert the 3rd spot (where I currently have my tents) into an actual room complete w/ insulation, electricity, etc. specifically for growing. Is there any type of schematics with "must haves" or general "this is how to do it" before I start constructing? For example, I know I'll need 2 ducts that will be for fresh air intake as well as AC/Heater if (when) needed ... but it can't be attached to the existing structure (so stand alone) and I'm thinking it should have a raised floor. Make sense? The space available is roughly 7' high, 10' long, 6' wide ... All comments welcomed!

Do you know how to build a closet ? 2x4's and all that ? That would be a stand alone. It will need an outside door to seal it. If it's on concrete in a garage it can all be 2x4 on 16 inch centers.Insulation fits that. You can put ply over the insulation but heavy plastic is good too. Inside put 3/4 inch floor advantex in water resistant. and then 1/4 inch luan plywood on walls and ceiling. Cut hole for vents and A/C, install door. Wrap the inside with mylar. Hook up some lights and fans with electro. You can put a small A/C in with the exhaust in the garage and not hurt a thing.

Do you want just one room or two ? One is easy.
