    Weight Loss and THC Elimination

    I have been logging my upcoming preemployment UA. During the course of my now 30 day abstinence, I have lost between 12 and 15 pounds. When I started, my weight was between 263 - 265. I am now down to around 250 - 252. The weight loss is coming mostly from stress and not eating. I am going to use the substitution method during my screening, however, my goal is to become 100% clean.

    Since THC is stored in fat, is my weight loss helping to rid the THC faster? Also, would my weight loss result in a UA containing higher levels than it normally would were I maintaining a consistent weight?

    Getting rid of fat will get rid of THC faster except that it also releases the thc metabolites into the urinary system so you will test higher levels.
    The way to do it is to eat a high fiber diet with metamucil. This keeps your bowels moving which is where 75% of your thc metabolites end up. This will help stop the metabolites being reabsorbed while in the intestines.
    Then about 3 days before a UA load up on fatty red meats and stop exercising.
