But is the kind I got ok. It says flush free and timed release. I was wondering if this would still work if I just chewed it up and then drank it down with a bunch of water. If that will work I have no problem with chewing them up first, I did that yesterday and it did not taste like anything. I just need to know if this will work or if I am wasting my time and if I need to go out and find the other one that does not say "flush free"

me399unot Reviewed by me399unot on . Question about Niacin? My wife bought me niacin, it says 100mb Metabolism support. It says flush free on the back and it says timed release. Can I still take these? I took 2 but I chewed them up all the way and then drank them down with water. Will this counter act the flush free timed release thing or do we need to find the other kind. If it wont work exactly what and where can I find the right stuff. We got this at walmart and its all they had. Thanks guys. Rating: 5
