Howie, Hello, Give this a try.... Get to bed a little earlier than usual, I don't know if your sleep pattern has changed since quitting, and this may have a factor in your inattentativeness ( wow that was a mouth full). After a full day of classes, try to make time to get some exercise in. I mean really work up a good sweat. After your workout, try 5-10 minutes of meditation. I dont mean the OOHHMMMMM stuff just sit quietly, empty your head of everything, and if you do think of anything concentrate on your breathing. Slowly in thru the nose and out thru the mouth. Do this, NO MIND thing for as long as you can stand it but not over 20 minutes of it. After a few days you should get your focus back. Now grab the stone from my hand grasshopper
