Plant trouble - please helpJust double checking: Filtered and softened are different; as long as it is just FILTERED, you are golden. If you notice that the low leaves turn yellow with tan blotches, test the EC of the water and add calmag if necessary. stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . Plant trouble - please help I've attached some pictures here in hopes of getting some advice. I've noticed some yellowing on the leafs and now I have this strange, red/purple going on with the stems. I posted the yellowing pics in another thread and I'm not having much luck...where is stinkyattic when I need some advice!? Rating: 5

Plant trouble - please helpLooks possibly like a bit of nitrogen deficiency thats turning the leaves yellow. And blotches could be calcium deficiency. Mind you I'm no expert, just a bit of a stab in the dark.

Plant trouble - please helpdont add anything to your soil! i honestly dont think its a deficiency. you have been veggin for almost 4 1/2 months now from the looks of your first post. to me i think its going into lockout from too much salts in the soil. also the soil will tend to get acidic if you veg for that long cause the soil gets beaten up and the ph buffers will break down. check your ph run-off and get back to us. it wouldnt hurt to do a proper flush and water with half strength nutes. but check that run-off first and fill out the troubleshooters form! β?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?Άβ?
