First grow ever, cfls used in compact area

Look like you did your homework, read a lot, I've did that too for my first grow (my old dream in my signature). Good idea to germinate the other seed right now ! You now really have a chance to have 1 female plant, always 50% chances of being a male. For the ventilation, I'm with you on the exhaust fan but you could make a passive intake. Humidity can, later on, be a problem if it don't go down... When flowering there is a high risk of mold with such %, just hope the fan will get it down.

Good that you read a lot, I've did that too before starting and I got great results.
The humidity you got there can really be a problem, at the veg part you should be all right but when flowering it's a nice invitation for mold. So you need to get ventilation there, personally I see no need for an active intake, you could only have an exhaust. Good idea to germinate some other seeds, don't forget you have 50% chances of each sex... You're getting on the right track, keep reading and keep us posted !

I misunderstood the tap root DOWN part, partly cause the last time I took a venture into growing (didnt last long thats why i call this the first) I planted the casing down and it came up just fine. So i just adjusted that and the other seed is starting to shoot its tap root out and Ill try to put that down side.
Thanks for tuning in and Ill have some pics up in a few days once the first set of leaves come in.
