Its all normal. The buds will quite frequently get too heavy and the yellowing is just normal ageing.

Cobwebs?!

Do you also see speckles high on the plants? And eggs under the leaves, especially near the webs?
Get a hand-held vacuum in there and vacuum off all your cobwebs. Do this daily until harvest- you have mites, and they will KILL your plants if not treated. THey are worst in hot, dry, still air.
DO NOT cut anything right now. Keep supporting them with stakes and string, and if your pots are less than 4 gallons, repot into bigger pots.
When the harvest comes in in ~3 weeks, BOMB the room 3 times, spaced apart by 2-3 days, before putting new plants in there, and start preventative anti-mite treatments with a LIGHt mist of neem oil up to the end of week 3 of flower, then concentrate on environmental conditions that do not favor mites- breezy, cool, and with no-pest strips if the room is not in a sleeping area.

usually, when you see webs, you have spider mites, that's what Stinky is

i don't know of any strain that produces anything that looks like webs as
part of the flowering process

Definitely try to get a close-up pic of the tops of the plants, not blurry, with the HIDs off so those lines don't appear. Flouros work very well for pot photography, or daylight.
