THC builds up in the fat cells of the body, this is where it is stored and where you have to have it eliminated from. Large heavy ppl take much longer to clean up than ppl with very low to little body fat. Sweating is the key to cleaning up your system. Personally, I'm prolly at 5-10% body fat, I can quit smoking for about 10-14 days and pass a urine test. Hair is a new ball game. I was doing the drug testing for the AirForce and noticed a lot of guys shaving their heads in anticipation of drug testing. Low and behold, they all forgot to shave their crotches and/or legs and were sumerily dishonorably discharged. For future reference, stay slim, and take a break from smoking once in a while.
