I make a latte tea that rips!

This is commonly referred to as a London Fog at coffee shops.

I make 12oz cups but here is the formula

3/4 Milk (not fat free)
1/4 water

Steam or microwave the milk to 210 and insert your dose about halfway through the heating process. I just toss a thumbtip size bud in but I am a lightweight. The bud will separate in the cup but you will be straining with a tea basket so dont sweat it.

In a cup, add 1/2 oz of blue agave/honey/vanilla syrup (your choice) to taste. Add one table spoon of loose leaf Risi (or your choice of brand) Earl Grey tea to a tea basket. Pour heated liquid through tea basket into the syrup, cover and allow to steep for 10-12 minutes.

Stir and Enjoy.
