There are a few guidlines you should follow in order to stay away from bad trips, 1. DONT leave yourself alone, i made this mistake on my first trip on Delsym and it isnt fun to tweek out and watch yourself die. 2. Have a sober trip-sitter so you dont try to jump out a window and fly around town like Spiderman. 3. Think positive and have fun, negative thoughts are what causes bad trips, if you feel bad or like your dieing just repeat to yourself "it's all good" so drink some Robotussin or Delsym and have fun for a day.
