Please help, looking for advice

Hello all,
First off, thanks in advance for any help you all can provide. I'm getting ready to take a test for Bass Pro Shops, it'll be a piss test. I'm 36, 5'11 and 170 pounds. I walk to work every day, about 3 miles round trip, at a brisk pace, and exercise on the side as well. I usually drink about 40 ounces of water a day, even more at work some days, and take a multi-vitamin supplement at least 5 days a week. It'll be roughly 30 days when I test since my last use, but I went on a binge then, going through about 1/4 ounce in two weeks or so. Before that it's been a pattern of going through a quantity in about 2-3 weeks, then taking a week or two off. Do you think I need to do anything above and beyond continuing what I'm doing, such as getting a some cleansing products, to pass? I'd really like to get this job to make some extra $$ for the holidays, and am a little concerned, I've never been tested before. A buddy told me to give a mid-stream sample, does this matter? Any hints and advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are sticky threads at the top of this sub forum that will answer your questions. Forget cleansing products they are useless. Buy a 5 pack of THC strips off Amazon and test your pee a couple days before the real test to see how you are doing. If you are still coming up dirty, sub or dilute. HTH.

Just ordered some strips, I'll follow the advice from the stickies. Guess I was hoping to hear that my exercise and water drinking would be enough to clean me out. Like I said, it's not life or death if I don't pass, can't believe they piss for a seasonal temporary position. This country is too uptight. Any other thoughts would still be appreciated.

You don't weigh a lot and you seem very active. Plus you will have close to 30 days of clean time. You will more than likely pass but the strips will tell you for sure. They don't lie. Even if you are clean, make sure you drink a couple cups of coffee before the test so you are peeing a couple of times before being tested and of course make sure you give the sample mid-stream.

Thanks again. Was reading the sheet I need to take to the testing center and it says "split specimen required." Is that a concern?

Just got my test strips in the mail, and I came up clean. Thanks for the response webdox, think I'm going to pass.
