should i dilute?

if i have been clean for 43 days on the test date should i still be water loading like the dilution sticky says,i will be taking creatine 3 days prior and will most likely pop some multivitamins but when i got in there,there is a 2 hour test i have to take before my piss test and i dont really wanna be taking the test and be equally worried about passing the test or if im going to piss myself before the test is done,plus i dont know what they will think if im downing gatorade and goijng to the washroom every 15 mins

Buy an at home test kit (Walgreens or CVS for 15 bucks) or the dip strips and find out if you are clean or not. Whether or not you are clean after 43 days will be dependent on your body fat, smoking habits, metabolism.

Also, if you are still dirty, you could practice the dilution prior to going in to the test to know for sure.
