If someone was to hypothetically want to both back up their current clone only strains as well as create hybrids using genetic manipulation for creation of Medicinal strains specifically . aimed for the mental illness patients that benefit from "couch lock, down , or body high" attributes of certain indica dominant strains.
Someone was wondering 3 things
1. In order to find superior children one must plant many more seeds than someone is used to. What method would efficiently allow the most selections ?(Drip, Ebb and flow, DWC, soiless, soil, aero)
2.Thus far someone had been using the TLO method re-introduced by the rev in Skunk magazine. The depth of flavors and the clean crisp way an organic bud tastes and smokes had won someone over before the second rip. Is is possible-plausible to breed using organic substrate like TLO?
3. What are some organic ways to manipulate cannabis' alleles? (by organic I mean no Gibberellic acid, aspirin, Colchicine, etc)

light poisoning, take a clone and put it in a light proof box, flower it for 2-3 weeks, then just f with its world, keep it on 12/12 but for a week turn the light on for about an hour in the middle of its dark time, it will produce organic male nanners and start having sex with itself and any other virgin pistils it can get to, so get something to work on the pollen not leaving the box its in, OR kill the pollen with water once impregnation from procreation of hermaphroditition begins, so turn off all fans, and give it a good watering, and leave it for about a week, then spray with a normal spray bottle, the plant and the entire box its in, including the lid, then do the this to each individual plant in there seperate box until your sure pollen is dead, then pluck off all the nanners and respritz with water for any re agitated pollen



But you gotta keep checking the buds and their nanners until they are mature, then you start the 1 week isolation, if you think theres a ripe nanner and it spurted on you, wash your hands and clothes and take a shower unless you dont care their might be 1-2un known beaners
