Proper Nutrients and Sun light/ lighting for a baby purple plant?

Finally found the courage to grow. I have a nice little set up and a couple plants. My first plant just sprouted it looks redish/purple/green/white surprisingly. It's an Indica/Kush plant, OG Kush or Grand Daddy Purp seed, not sure which one exactly. I'm pretty stoked! :hippy:

Have a few questions..
1. How much sunlight does it need?
- I have been giving it 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours before the sun sets. Not sure if that is too much or not enough?

2. Is sunlight (organic) much better than light bulb lighting?
- I've been giving the plant both and it looks health as can be, less than a week old though. I'm pretty sure it gets more better nutrients from the sun

3. What kind of nutrients,chemicals,chemistry,etc. to I need to REALLY know about growing?
- heard from experienced growers that a mixture of eggshells and fish heads will do the job, but I'm not sure.

4. Where can I purchase the absolute best quality grow kits, soil, light bulbs, set-ups, nutrients, soil, ect from?
- in store or off websites.

5. Any sites, guides or information that every beginner grower MUST know of?
