Very good point Dreadscale. The media, whether it be CNN, The New York Times or Fox News, all have their own political beliefs. The owners and directors of these news companies are not supposed to let their own views influence what they cover. So they report the news with a slant favoring their own views, you can not trust the media, never, no way! Politically speaking my son, and rightly so, says I am not looking at the whole picture. I must admit he is right. My world is my health, suffering from chronic nausea and vomiting from Diabetic Neuropathis Gastroparesis (Paralyzed Stomach) I am very interested in the Reform of Marijuana Laws. This disease leaves me surfing waves of nausea from mild to severe every hour of every day. Today there exists no drug that safely, effectively and effeciently controls chronic emisis (nausea & vomiting.) Except for CANNABIS!!! :jumphappy: Living in the state of Iowa means living in a constant state of nausea, fear and anxiety. For if I do not use marijuana I am nauseated 24/7 which leads to 12 hour spasmotic vomiting sessions which lead to wasting syndrome. If I do use marijuana I have to live with the fear of arrest, prison, fines, loss of property and benefits. All my symptoms can be and are relieved, removed and appetite restored via the use of inhaled cannabis vapors. I am one who feels the archaic, prejudiced, morally and criminally insane anti marijuana laws very personally. Therefore my candidate must stand for the reform of marijuana laws or they don't get my vote. Also I fear another repeat of Gore vs Bush, in that Gore won the peoples vote but lost the Electoral College vote thus loosing the race. I am sure there are some politicians who are saying, "Damn, we should have saved the electoral vote against the people for the 2008 election in the name of racially purity." NOTE: This is not my view!!! Only that I fear some people may hold to this prejudice thinking just as they hold on to their prejudice thinking regarding marijuana .
