Mississippi Steve's first total indoor grow

Its not my first grow... just my first total indoor grow.

I don't know what the total weight is (yet).... I would have to dump out the cure jars...but I'll figure something out.

Somebody told me once...that a full quart jar of cured/dried buds weighs about 350-500 grams?

I don't know?...I'm not into weight...but, I do like volume. Congrats...:thumbsup:

my pint jars held about 40 grams max.... so a quart would hold 80g, right?

All I know is that they are pint wide mouth jars, and a jar full will last me a couple of months. I got 3 jars from the NCDG plant, and still have a month before the Arjans Ultra Haze #1 plant is finished. I expect that I will be filling another half dozen or more cure jars.

Damn, Steve! I was thinking the exact same thing when I was down to my last jar! I told my girl, "This should last another month... maybe 5 weeks." I was on Christmas break at the time. 8 days later... I was out. It was a good thing though as I shouldn't smoke that much while taking 21 hours in college!!!

I got the wide mouth pint jars from Kr*ger... forgot how much was paid, but I remember looking at them next to the regular pint sized jars. I couldn't fathom them being the same size, but they sure were! They're so much shorter!!!!

Been kinda busy over the last several weeks.... In any case, I harvested the Arjans Ultra Haze #1 yesterday.... the trichs were cloudy.... didn't see any amber, but the hairs were dying off....I figured it was time. heres a couple of pics of her cut, trimmed, and hanging to dry.

FWIW, after I cut and trimmed, and hung the buds to dry, I swept up all the hairs that fell off...... put some of them in the waterpipe by themselves... I don't recommend this for the faint of heart. All I can say is HOLY CRAP!!! :joint1::jawdropper:

I have done sativas before... on the last grow. I had the top 3 or so feet bent over, and it was still over 4ft tall. It was planted along with 2 NCDG seeds on 10/26/08, one of the NCDG was male so it got culled, and what was left was one of each. They got put into flower 12/6/08, the NCDG was harvested on 1/25/09, and the Arjans Ultra Haze #1 was harvested 2/22/09. The Ultra Haze was a couple of weeks shy of the 12 week flowering time that the seed site recommended because the hairs were dying off and drying out. All the trichs were cloudy a week and a half or so ago.
