HELP No bud in 23 days - positive on home test

Knot4me - 6'1 260 - 42 years old, have lost about 20 pounds in the last 6 months, have not taken a hit at all for 23 days.

My wife doesn't know that I toke so i cant order. Do you know if it is available in head shops? I am looking at using some sort of sub method if i can't comfortably dilute.

I was relying too much on that study done by the National Drug Court Review. I have been hyperventilating all day since I failed the take home test. I am going to try the dilution method tomorrow, which is still 6 days until test time.

I have seen a couple of posts where they have detected the synthetic urine. Since this is a preemployment test only, are the dilution thresholds less, and is that type of test less likely to uncover the synthetic urine?

I was offered and accepted the job on September 23. Although my (hopefully) new employer did not indicate that I would be drug tested, I asked for and received a copy of the employee handbook which indicated that all new employees were subject to a preemployment drug test. After reading the handbook, I was able to postpone my start date until October 24, giving me 30 days to clean out. I am 6'1, 260 pounds and was a daily user for the Rating: 5

"Non-human" urine samples are ruled when the creatinine level is less than 2 mg/dL. As long as the synthetic is from a reputable manufacturer and is a current batch thats been stored properly (ie no direct sunlight), it will pass the validity checks.
The synthetic can be tested at home with an adulteration test strip to ensure that the creatinine, specific gravity, and pH are all within acceptable ranges.

For all validity checks, a "diluted" sample is ruled when the creatinine level is between 2 - 20 mg/dL and the specific gravity is between 1.0010 - 1.0030, as outlined in the criteria established by the United States Dept of Health & Human Services (DHHS).

Thanks Burnt, Suzie, Knot, Phat, and KW420. As I have read more and more on this board and the Marijuana.com board, I am starting to feel more comfortable about substituting. I have a couple of different donor's who I can get a sample from.

From what I am reading, it seems that preemployement UA's (I don't know what that abbreviation means for sure) are highly unlikely to be observed. I am going to do a little investigative work to find out what lab/office that my prospective employer uses, and the procedures at that lab to make sure. I have taken one drug test before (i had been clean for several years so it was not a problem at that time), and for that one I could have easily substituted as I was alone in a single stool bathroom.

I am going to start my practice tomorrow.

I was in a panic for weeks about my test, and it was sooooooo easy. My test was at Labcorp. I practiced with water til I knew exactly how long I could keep the temp and gave a perfect 96 degree sample (of QF). The test was not observed and was easy to do. Seems silly that I worried myself sick over it.

Most headshops sell some sort of synthetic urine. Don't let them talk you into a magic potion (detox drink) that is 200% guaranteed. :thumbsup:

I getting in a little late here but you have to sub and you should be able to find qf. I do remember every post by suzieque and she has become a real expert here. Search any name in this thread and you will have all the info you need to sub. It's really not even good for you to get a human donor due to prescription drugs. It easy, just practice...good luck.

KW, have you ever used the dilution method successfully?

Also, would 4 or 5 days of intense exercise really help? Since my test is probaly next Friday, I could get at least 4 days if it would help. I know everyone is different, but I am paranoid as hell as this is an important job for my family.

I am prepared to use the substitution method if necessary, although I would feel more comfortable peeing myself. I bought some drinks a couple of years ago for a life insurance physical and it came back too diluted so I had to pee again. Is the threshold for a life insurance test higher than it would be for a preemployment screen.

That study about the detection window being shorter than previously thought is apparently bs.

Yes I have used dillution sucessfully a few times but that was when I was a light smoker. I wouldn't even consider dillution anymore. Have used subbing with synthetic urine quite a few times now and its really the best way. The temp is easy to maintain once you practice a little.

Went to Walmart and bought two 2 fl oz bottles of hand sanitizer with flip top lids. Using gorilla duct tape, i have taped the lids shut. I also purchased some compression athletic supporter underwear. I am wearing a regular pair of briefs, then the compression shorts, and then another pair of whitey tighties over that, so 3 layers in all. I was not able to find the forehead thermometers or the hand warmers. I am stressing about that, but I still have until Thursday so, I can still practice at home with the digital thermometer.

I found that i can place each bottle in the crease between the nutsack and my leg and can walk around comfortably. I want to go with 2 bottles just in case.

Still very freaked out, but gained some confidence when I found out how comfortably I could move with those bottles concealed.

I will continue to update my progress in practicing.

This forum is providing me much needed mental guidance to get through this ordeal.
