chop them up into a fine pile and flush down the toilet. MAKE SURE NOT TO CLOG the toilet, as you don't want t plumber to snake out a bunch of weed plants...

if you have a lot of plant matter to get rid of, double bag em and toss in an inconspicuous trash dumpster. make sure there is nothing else in the bags to go back to you. also try not to use a private dumpster as sometimes they have cameras. Recycling drop off points work well IMO. That or I'll dump at a church (not mine) but make sure to leave a donation for their help.

I have to at least give the de rigeur 'in my bong!' response before getting down to nuts n bolts.

I chop them up and put them in the smelliest rankest drippiest bag of kitchen garbage I've got, and put it on the curb as the garbage man is pulling up. I sort my recycling big time so there's NEVER paperwork in there. If they want to print me off the bag, they get to sit in the crime lab with the former contents of the bottom shelf of the fridge, which I conveniently opened before dumping... oopsie!

stink, one of the few few times i have to disagree with you. once you place your trash outside it becomes PUBLIC property...seriously. the reasoning is because most people do not have a personal relationship with their trash collectors and therefore a willingness to allow a random person to pick up your trash means you give up your right to privacy. Sounds kinda like a bunch of B.S. BUT its true. I had an Anthropology project where we would collect random trash and sort/catalog/research the contents and then go on to do a bunch of Anthropological stuff...

while I agree that there is a SLIM chance of being discovered this way and you'll probably be too legit too quit, I just wanted to share a bit more info on the subject.

Yes, I know that trash on the curb is searchable. I smile and flirt with my trash guy (seriously he's kinda hot) and go out there and WATCH him throw it in the compressor with the other stuff. I'd never put it out the night before, or go to work with it sitting there.

On the up side, I grow single cola SOG now and have NO waste that is not processed into butter and ends up as unidentifiable green muck that looks like spoiled creamed spinach. BLECH.

chop it down.. set it to the side.. let to dry for 3-4 weeks (if you have that kind of time).

Put it into a food processor or coffee grinder.. something that will mix it up into identifiable crap.

Dispose of it however you see fit.

If you have a fire place you could toss it in the fire after it's nice and dried up during the winter months. :hippy:

Blenderize all the soft parts and flush them, root mass and stem go for a late night ride and get tossed in the woods. Or my obnoxious neighbors front yard, depending on how nasty I feel.

I dried mine out in a garbage bag, chopped them up and tilled them into my compost box outside! My plumbing is already a wreck.. don't need to put anything else down it that don't need to be there! LOL! And I definitely don't trust the trash system!
