I think there's a guide somewhere on this forum but I found this one on another forum. It's the one I'm currently following and it's very easy to do. How-To : LST (Low Stress Training) - Grasscity.com Forums

in these pics there are the first second and second staking. it may look like a severe bend; however there are pics fom all angles and it is actually very light and has not stressed the plant, it has been staked every 8 hours and everything looks great, in some pics you can see how low key and smart i think i got this goin, its a modified box idea so its got great flow.plenty of lights, however i dont know hen i should start to flower, its from seed and about a month old, gimme some info plz, and critique if ud like, its all good.

That's cool man:thumbsup: I started mine out the same way. I had plans to circle the pot with mine but they got too big too fast. Had to switch them to 12/12 a little early to keep them manageable. Good luck with your grow :rasta:

What lights are you using? I couldn't tell from the pics. If you're using fluorescent, keep it about 2 inches from the plant. Just be sure to have an oscillating fan blowing across for cooling and air exchange. A gentle breeze will also strengthen the stem, just dont blast em with a leaf blower I used 3 100watt compact fluorescent bulbs (6500K) for the seedling stage. Just add more bulbs as the plants grow.

here are pics of the plant and in just one night and half a days light cycle ive seen a huge difference, it has better color and even seems a bit bigger,i took the stakes for a while to let it get a lil bit more to it, but have replaced the first stake, i had it too low with too much pressure from the start.
