There's a video out there where these dudes from the UK build a "Professional Grow room". They spend like $10,000 on their room. The lights they use look just like that. that's all i know about em.

i'd be concerned about them being "reconditioned"...for the price you'd pay to buy and ship that light you should just buy a brand new light from HTG or where ever you can. they have a 400w for $119 plus shipping.

New is always better when you are dealing with heat, electricity, and plants that are relying on performance.
